Well the D90 has been GREAT to me these past few days, I shot a video of my girlfriends dog and boy..the quality is AMAZING I will be putting up the video to my site soon so you could all see it. I already got TONS of ideas for short movies and so far I decided to mention one of them.
Now I know what most of you are thinking (Great..he’s going to ruin a great movie..) Trust me my friends I am a HUGE blade runner fan and I will put my 100% concentration and effort to make this project GREAT. I will work hard on using Adobe Premier and after effects.. Trust me If I decided to do this is because I know what I am doing. Blade Runner 2 isn’t the only short I will be doing, I already have a few friends that volunteered to help me in my other future projects so please be patient! I will keep everyone updated!
After months of pain and research I finally found what I have been looking for but it wasn’t easy. Sunday night 11:50 pm 10 more minutes until the bidding was over for a BRAND new Nikon D90 with a 18-105 VR lense kit the bid was already at $1,010..Every second that past until the bid was over I kept thinking if I was about to make the smartest choice in my life..or the worst one. What was worse is that I felt like those last 10 minutes felt like forever. 10 seconds left..I tell my girlfriend to bid $1,080..Ebay item has ended, You have WON the Nikon D90. $1,070…that’s how much I have to spend in order to turn my dreams into a reality. I forgot to mention something about this camera. The nikon D90 is the worlds first SLR camera with HD video recording. Some of you might think “an SLR with video recording? it must have horrible quality” That’s what I thought too until I saw this video comparison below:
Note: The Nikon D90 is being compared to the Panasonic HVX which cost 4-5 times more than what I paid for my Nikon D90:
Pretty impressive right? In my opinion the Nikon D90 looks the same if not somewhat better. Now some of you might disagree but remember.. I know how to use Adobe premiere, After effects and Sony Vegas.. so with those tools you can expect some crazy *bleet*. Maybe one day I will tell you all why I got into the wanting of being a director but that will be some other time.. For now expect some major updates and changes to this site. I am taking a risk here but in life if you don’t take risks you will never know if you were meant to be something great. Take care for now.
